Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. No-Show Policy Clients who do not arrive for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service total before booking future appointments. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule it. If rescheduling is required due to tardiness, it will be treated as a late cancellation. Card on File A valid card on file is required to reserve appointments. Charges will only be applied in accordance with this policy.
